	** - 2 tbsp. Maple Syrup - 2 tbsp. White wine - 1 1/2 tsp. Grated peeled fresh ginger - 1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard - 1/8 tsp. Salt - 2-6oz. Salmon fillets - olive oil (or cooking spray) 1.
