Oprah: "Sarah Palin Not Invited on My Show Until After the Election" ; Oprah Winfrey hates Sarah Palin

Oprah Winfrey is not interested in interviewing Republican vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin until after the election is over, despite a claim on the Drudge Report.

"At the beginning of this presidential campaign when I decided that I was going to take my first public stance in support of a candidate, I made the decision not to use my show as a platform for any of the candidates," Winfrey, who was an early backer of Barack Obama, says in a statement to TMZ.com.

"I agree that Sarah Palin would be a fantastic interview, and I would love to have her on after the campaign is over," she adds. "There has been absolutely no discussion about having Sarah Palin on my show."

Palin, the governor of Alaska and mother of five, became the first female nominated on a Republican presidential ticket this week. On Monday, she announced that her 17-year-old daughter is pregnant.

Obama has appeared twice on Winfrey's popular daytime talk show and she has campaigned for the Democratic presidential nominee.

DON'T BE DUPEDFirst of all, I will NOT be buying US Magazine for at least a year due to that sicko headline recently. Actually, there are so many other magazines that have similar stuff...might not ever buy it again.
Secondly, I was watching her less and less of Oprah and now I'm not watching her at all. She knew full well when she interviewed Barack that he would be in the presidential campaign. My guess...is that she pulled strings and gave money to help make that happen. Then, she pulls back and says "Oh...I'm not using the show to endorse or help candidates." Hmmm...how convenient. Oh the truth shall set you free, but can you take it? How much integrity does Oprah have. None. Nada. Zilch. Whitewash. Big fat zero. Egg.Seems her viewers and staff want Palin on but Oprah does not. She is not a journalist. She is lousy talk show host who doesn't care about ratings. She is prejudiced and selfish.
