Are you trying to send from YouTube.com or just putting in a URL in an email? If it is URL in email, try sending the email in plain-text format to see if that works. If sending from YouTube.com, their share feature can be flakey and not always make it (especially if you out a lot of text as with it). If it is something else, let me know.
