So here it is Thursday, but better late with my newsletter than never. This week I'll be playing on the patio at Beef O'Brady's in Satellite Beach from 6 �9. This is of course as long as it's not raining, so check the weather before you come. It's just south of Tortoise Island on South Patrick Dr. Their chicken Caesar salad is great along with their wings and cold beer. Bring the kids cause they have a really cool game room.

Then Friday, I'm back at the Sandbar, in Cocoa Beach, from 4-8.  This is such a fun place with great servers, great drinks, and the best fish tacos in Florida. Come on down for happy hour.

I'm going to start hosting an open mike at Coyote's in Indian Harbor Beach at the corner of A1A and Eau Gallie Blvd. (It used to be the Purple Porpoise) The first date will be July 16 from 6-9. We are going to try to put the emphasis on singer/songwriters but everyone will be welcome. There aren't many venues for original music, so I am excited to have this opportunity to promote it. Every week we get questions and interest about the Musicians Swap Meet.  There will be over 30 tables at the Cocoa Beach Country Club Pavilion to browse and sell stuff. Mark your calendar for the Saturday, September 27^th event date. Start pulling out that unused equipment and music related items.  We'll have artists with music themed works, instructors, and folks just looking to pick up some stuff for their collections or to find someone to teach their kid. Tables are $25 and must be reserved prior to September 1^st.  Set up starts at 10:00 AM and it will run from 12 � 6 so everybody can get to their gig

that night or hang out and jam with others.  We'll have amps and tuning stations set up�..maybe we'll just keep it going till 10:00 PM.

This will be a great time for musicians to get together, sell or swap some of their old stuff and maybe do some jamming. The importance of us supporting each other is essential.  We have to go to each others gigs.  Crowds are what keep the owners asking us back. Not to mention PAYING us to play! I will keep you posted.
