It's really easy. Just copy and paste the "embed" code from YouTube into your email or into DanceFloor message and send it off. It works best if you send it in "text" format from your email client (shows up in both your messages list and the message detail).Some email clients will let you copy and paste the actual video from one page into the email page. Safari will let you actually drag and drop the video from one web page into the email page. Play around with it to see how it works best in your email client.

For pictures, just copy and paste the image (and any other text) from a webpage into your email. This only works if you are sending it in "rich text" format from your email client. Give it a try as you can basically copy a whole webpage and send it in email.
