I was listening to NPR today (also yesterday), I thought I would share with you guys. NPR had this whole segment about Comics/Digital Animation coming back to life again and Hollywood studios investing in Indian animation studios . Infact parts of animation/effects recent movies like Golden Compass ( Golden Compass Movie Site ) and Spider-man was developed in Indian studios.

December 11, 2007 � As competition in the movie animation industry heats up, Hollywood firms are finding a new work force in India. Video conferencing and Internet technology are bridging the gap and allowing a new kind of intercontinental collaboration. Its getting interesting for Digital age of India, where they get an extra kick of animation talent within the region.
