I also noticed now at&t store has more reps than they really need. I would say 2 for every one person walking in and in that 1 rep is designed to ignore the customer. With this store guys achieve few things
- Store looks busy, as tons of stuff happening (fact is ppl are only there to buy iPhone, else they don't give a damn) - By intentionally ignoring customers, it creates more hype about their service (iPhone combined). iPhone is turning service providers in to jack asses. |
